Mar's Mind Eraser

1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz Stoli Vanil vodka
1/2 - 1 oz soda water

Pour the Kahlua into a cocktail glass with some ice. Layer the Stoli Vanil on top. Top with seltzer/soda water and serve.
